Part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 36, Township 18 North,
Range 3 East, in Hamilton County, Indiana, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a point 527.15 feet north and 134 feet west of the
southeast corner of said quarter section, continuing thence west
185 feet to a point in the east right-of-way line of the Indiana
Railroad; thence south along said east right-of-way line 356.15 feet
to a point; thence east a distance of 185 feet to a point; thence north
a distance of 356.15 feet to the place of beginning.
