Petitioner, please note the following:
1. This item will be on the September 17 agenda of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). The petitioner must
submit plans and review materials to all TAC members directly by August 22 (ALREADY DONE). (Failure to
submit plans and review materials to TAC members by this time will result in the tabling of this petition to the
October TAC meeting, and subsequently the November Plan Commission committee meeting. For a list of current

2. Mailed and Published Public Notice does not need to occur.
3. The Filing Fee must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary Ramona Hancock no later than NOON, Friday,

4. Eight (8) Informational Packets must be delivered to Plan Commission Secretary Ramona Hancock no later than
NOON, Friday, Sept 26 (ALREADY DONE).
5. Proof of Notice is not required.
6. This item will also appear on the October 7 agenda of the Plan Commission Special Studies Committee. A
representative must be present.

PETITIONER: refer to your application/instruction sheet for more detail, and please complete/reply to the
following review comments:
1. If not al ready done, please send a copy of the landscape plan to the city forester, Scott Brewer, ASAP.
2. If not already done, please send a copy of the bike rack details and bike parking locations to David Littlejohn,
Alternative Transportation Systems Coordinator.
3. Please add Docket No. 08080023 ADLS Amend to the building elevations ano plans.
4. Please provide the floor area ratio, per zoning ordinance chapter 238.08.06. The maximum is 0.70.
5. Please provide the first floor GFA, per zoning ordinance chapter 23B.08.05.B.1.a. The maximum is 40%.
6. Please being color and material samples to the committee meeting.
7. Please provide more detail on how the generator enclosure looks, such as color elevations, renderings, etc.
(You can submit 8 copies of these on 11 x 17, and we can send them to the committee members.)
8. Please provide more detail on the covered walkway, such as color elevations, renderings, etc. (You can

9. Show that the rooftop mechanical equipment is property screened.
10. If possible, show/provide a pedestrian/bike connection south from Carmel Drive up north to the building.
