This proposed project falls within the incorporated limits and MS4 jurisdiction of the City of Carolel. 2. The proposed project DOES NOT fall in a Carmel Well Head Protection Zone. 3. The proposed project falls within the W.R. Fertig Regulated Drain Watershed. 4. In tenn of our office, this project will be combined with Building #2, which has not been constructed yet and final approval has not been granted by our office through Carmel DOCS - Division of Building and Code Services (Pre-submittal meeting request). 5. Building 3 appears to be compliant with the Master Drainage Plan for Landmark at Meridian, but the detention/infrastructure designed with Building 2 needs to be installed before Building 3 can be constmcted. 6. .
