The applicant seeks design approval for a 5-story hotel building. The site is located

located at the southeast corner of Manigault St. & Pettigru Dr. The site is zoned
PUD/Planned Unit Development. Filed by Greg Snelling of Snelling Engineering, LLC
for The Stratford Companies.
- Sanitary Sewers are not being affected and therefore C'n~ WD has no issues with the Stratford
Assisted Living Parking Lot Project.

RE: Landmark at Meridian - Building #3
Dear Mr. Lach:
We have reviewed the construction plans submitted to the Hamilton County Surveyor's Office
on August 22, 2008 for this project and have the following comments:
1. This proposed project falls within the incorporated limits and MS4 jurisdiction of the
City of Carolel.
2. The proposed project DOES NOT fall in a Carmel Well Head Protection Zone.
3. The proposed project falls within the W.R. Fertig Regulated Drain Watershed.
4. In tenn of our office, this project will be combined with Building #2, which has not
been constructed yet and final approval has not been granted by our office through
Carmel DOCS - Division of Building and Code Services (Pre-submittal meeting
request).
5. Building 3 appears to be compliant with the Master Drainage Plan for Landmark at
Meridian, but the detention/infrastructure designed with Building 2 needs to be
installed before Building 3 can be constmcted.
6. . Please note the additional comments may be warranted at a later date.
