The Legacy consists of33 lots on 5.46 acres and is located at the northeast comer of Community Drive and Cherry Creek Boulevard, Carmel. APPROVED: Docket No. 08070018 PP: The Legacy Domain. The Committee approved the Primary Plat application as submitted. In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making applicalion for pennits regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
