Dear Nick:
The Subdivision Committee, acting with full authority granted by the Carmel Plan Commission, took the
following action at its meeting October 7, 2008 regarding the Primary Plat application for the Legacy Domain.
The Legacy consists of33 lots on 5.46 acres and is located at the northeast comer of Community Drive and
Cherry Creek Boulevard, Carmel.
APPROVED: Docket No. 08070018 PP: The Legacy Domain.
The Committee approved the Primary Plat application as submitted.
In order to assist the Department's review, please attach a copy of this letter when making applicalion for pennits
regarding the improvements contained within this approval.
