After reviewing the plat, Gary suggested the following: · Lighten the existing 35' Half R/W line and label as existing. · Bold the proposed 45' Half R/W Iibe and label as proposed. · Should the 60' Building Line be dimensioned from the proposed 45' Half R/W line rather than the existing 35' Half R/W line? Let me know what you think. If you agree, J will have Sheet 1 revised to reflect the changes. We will look at road right of way, utility easements, ingress/egress easements, and so on.
