After making a field survey of streets in the 1 at. and 2nd. secti.ons
of Annally Downs Subdivision, the Building Commissioner must insist tha.t
you complete all t.he streets in the 1st. and 2nd. sections of Annally Downs
Subdivision, said construction to meet all requirements for street sonstruct-
tioD according to the Hamilton County requirements as f.011ows: 8" crushed
limestone base cOIJ.sisting of 411 of No. 2 stone and 411 of no. 6j !n th two inches
of hot mix bituminous base and 1 II of hot, mix wearing surface.
Fergus Ave. and J"'l.nnally Drive shall be repaired to conform to "he above
specifications, which will require considerable lvork as all soft sub-grade
shall be removed and filled wi. th good clay c.ompacted, then completed as per
specifications.
You have a subdivision bond fi.led in this office which ~1ill be enforced
to complete this ~ork and a copy of this notice is being forwarded to your
insurance company.
NOTICE- The Building Commissioner will not issue any more building permi ta
for this subdivision unt.il streets and storm drainage have been corrected.
Also on file in this office is a maintenance bond in the amount of

Jim Neff of the Hamilton County Road Department has checked
the subdivlsioR and has told us it is approved and is sending
you a letter to that effect.
W1~h all of the above items, the Carmel Towa Board should
be able to release Mr. Farr-all's Performance Bond and proceed
to put the streets under- maintenance.
I hope this completes all of the requirements for acceptance.

Dear Mr. Wampler':
As you lmow,;f'ollmJing recording apd development of the subdivision in
Hamilt.on COunty, Inyliana, known as Annally Downs, First Section, and
prior to the recording of the plat of land !mown as Annally DeWllS, Second
Section, which is immediately coni{iguous to the First Section, a new ordi-
nance was passed by the To'lm of G.;irmel which increased lot sizes from
23,000 to 30,000 square feet.
The lots. in Anna1ly Downs, Second Section, average about 23,000 square
feet per lot as does the First Se~tion and. we presently have pending be-
fere your TotJnPlan Commi.ssion a request for approval .of the unrecorded
plat 01: Annally DovlIlS, Second Section, as it is presently laid out.
As we are in immediate need of a bUilding permit on Lot 61 in the Second
Section for transfer of title to one Donald Dwelly, this letter will serve
to assure you as title owners of all lands a.djacent to said Lot 61 that if'
you will issue a building perniit for construction of a house on said Lot 61
on a metes. and bounds description of said lo.t that" ih the event ;:rour Plan
Co:!mniss2.on fails and refuses to authorize the recording of the unrecorded
