RE: Design Review - Old Town
We have just purchased the above referenced property, and will be restoring the home to its original
splendor.
As one half of a large tree fell on the home, damaging the roof and destroying the brick chase on the
south side of the home, we wish to add two dormers on the south side of the home, with one of the
dormers located in the 16/12 pitch roof area on the west end and the other in the 16/12 pitch roof area
on the east end.
We have enclosed a copy of the proposed design style, with the actual design being size appropriate for
the roof area. The exterior finishes will be consistent with that of the existing property.
We also wish to remove the existing porch enclosure and return the house to its original open porch
concept.

SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, That Household Finance Corp III ("Grantor"), grants, conveys, bargains and
sells to Jeffery R. King and Judy C. King, of Hamilton County ("Grantee"), for the sum of One Dollars ($1.00)
