To Whom it May Concern: VIA CERTIFIED MAIL This iletter is being provided to inforim you that the display of goods for sale in the public right-of- way at 430 North Rangeline Road —Blue Egg Gallery, is prohibited as per Carmel City Code Chapter 6-59, which states: No person shall use any street, sidewalk or other public place for the display or sale of goods or merchandise, or write or affix any signs or advertisements on: any pavement. In addition, the display of goods upon Ipubilic rig�hts-of-way and without ADLS approval is also prohibited as per the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 25.21.03 and 25.21.07: --it abfi—u—porr be located wi hin nor encro, A. Any public right-of-way; B. Any minimum required setback yard, unless otherwise approved by the Commission; C. Any drainage easement; D. A fire lane- E. A maneuvering aisle; F.
