An inspection revealed that the concern is valid as per Chapter 25.04 of the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance - Recreational Vehicles which states... Recreational vehicles may not be stored any closer to a lot line than three (3) times the maximum height of the recreational vehicle, except when completely enclosed. Non -motorized recreational vehicles may not be stored on a public right-of-way at any time.
