Re: Zoning Violation — Storage of Recreational Vehicle
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Adkins:
This letter is being provided to inform you that an inquiry has been made to our department regarding a
Recreational Vehicle located at 1012 Nevelle Lane, a property listed under your ownership. An
inspection revealed that the concern is valid as per Chapter 25.04 of the Carmel/Clay Zoning
Ordinance - Recreational Vehicles which states...
Recreational vehicles may not be stored any closer to a lot line than three (3)
times the maximum height of the recreational vehicle, except when completely
enclosed. Non -motorized recreational vehicles may not be stored on a
public right-of-way at any time. Motorized recreational vehicles may be stored
on a public right-of-way for a period not to exceed ten (10) days per month.
