Not-For- Profit Corporation 'hereinaftter referred'to as the.,Buffs),, to rehabilitate and use the station as a _facil'ity #.o ,resters; maintain., exhibit and show •f ire equipment and memorab'i-lia, as a museum, to the, public and others,; NOW, THEREFpRE, in Consideration of the mutual cavenants, cbn? foI`?ows ns, and.pram ses C ntaineLd herein, the parties agree as I., Term Of Lease.
