At the meeting held Monday, October 28, 2008, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing Officer Look the
following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) filed by you for the property located at 301
Pennsylvania Parkway.
APPROVED: Docket No. 08090.011 V Development Standards Variance for number of signs with the Commitment that
four signs are allowed, but at DO time shall the sign square footage for this building exceed 300 square feet.
Please be advised that per Section 25.07.07: Sign Permits ofthe Zoning Ordinance, the sign approved pursuant to the
aforementioned Development Standards Variance must be established within one (1) year. The expiration date ofthe
approval is October 27,2009.
When applying for applications for any permit regarding th.e decision contained within this approval, please
include a copy of this letter with your application materiaLs in order to assist the Department's review.
