At the meeting held Monday, October 28, 2008, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Developmental Standards Variance (V) file~ by you for the property located at 1604 Quail Glen Court.
APPROVED: Docket No. 08090023 V Development Standards Variance for lot coverage over 35%.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approval is valid for one (1) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements
must be undeIWay, or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is October 27,2009.
Please remember to verify fence location with the Hamilton County Highway Department.
When applying for applications for any permit regarding the decision contained within this approval, please
include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
