At the meeting held Monday, October 28, 2008, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at 13400 North Meridian Street.
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 08070002 V-0807000S V, 08090013 V-08090015 V, 08090020 V-08090022 V, 08090024 V-
08090026 V Development Standards Variances for sloped roof exceeding 100 feet without change in plane, increase in maximum
tirst floor gross floor area over 40%, elimination of straight concrete curbs on parking islands, parking between US 31 and 90 feet
build-to line, increase in east and west wall sign area, total number of signs, two signs facing one right-of-way, ground sign height,
ground siglllocated in rigbt-of-way, east and west wall signs not facing right-of-way and reduction in perimeter yard buffering.
Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05.' Time Limit oftbe Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standards
Variance approvals are valid for one (I) year. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway,
or a written request for a one-time, six-month extension oftbe approvals must have been received and approval granted by this
Department. The expiration date of the approvals is October 27, 2009.
Please be advised that per Section 25.07.07: Sign Pennits of the Zoning Ordinance, the.signs approved pursuant to the
aforementioned Development Standards Variances must be established within one (1) year. The expiration date of the approval is
October 27,2009.
When applying for applications for any permit regarding the decision contained within this approval, please include a copy
of this letter with yonr application materials in order to assist the Department's review,
