At the meeting held Monday, October 27, 2008, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regarding the Use Variance (UV) filed by you for the property located at 2907 East 136th Street.
APPROVED: Docket No. 08090010 IN Use Variance for parking lot on residentially zoned property with the Condition:
This use variance is granted with respect to the real estate described in what is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference as Exhibit "A". It is a condition of the grant of this use variance that, with respect to the real estate described in
what is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit "B" (the "Property"), which includes the real
estate described in Exhibit "A", the uses described in what is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as
Exhibit "c" (the "Prohibited Uses") are not allowed.
