OWNER'S CONSENT
The undersigned, being the owner of the real estate described in what is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit "A" (the "Real Estate") hereby
authorizes Gibault, Inc. (the "Applicant") along with its employees, engineers, land
planners, attorneys, attorney's employees, and agents, as follows:
1. To tile with the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Camle1 (the
"BZA"), with respect to the Real Estate, applications to obtain (1) use
variances and (ii) any other approvals that may be required or deemed
necessary by the Applicant to develop the Real Estate allowing the
encroachment, ta the extent it exists today, of abuilding occupied by a use
pennitted under the B2 district and the parking lot, as it exists today, as a
use accessory to a use permitted under the B2 district (the "Approvals").
2. To pursue the Approvals before the Plan Commission and any committees
af the Plan Commission and the BZA.
