3. Docket No. 08100008 ADLS Amend: The National Bank of Indianapolis - Signage
The applicant seeks approval for one new ground sign. The site is located at 10590 N.
Michigan Rd. and is zoned I-I within the Michigan Rd Overlay. Filed by Tom McDowell
of Brenner Design.
The applicant requests approval for a new ground sign. The sign was approved by variances 08080005 V
and 08080012 V on September 22,2008. The sign 'Will be 17.29 sq. ft. in area. it will be 4 ft. tall. It will
be lTmde out of EIFS and brick materials to match the building. There is a photo of a similar sign in your
packet. It will be externally illuminated by a small ground light. It will have one side that will face the
comer of I06!!1 St and Michigal1 Rd.
The Dept. of Community Sen'ices ."ecummends the Committee approve this item, after all
questions/concerns are addressed.
