The applicant seeks the following development standards variance approval:

The site is located at 301 Pennsylvania Pkwy. It is zoned 8-5/B-6 in the US 31 Overlay. Filed by Paul
Reis of Bose McKinney and Evans.

The applicant seeks the following development standards variance approval:

The site is located at 951 N. Range Une Rd. It is zoned B-3, Wide variety of industrial, commercfal,
and office uses in transitional locations. Filed by Mina Khoury of Khoury Enterprises.

South fa9ade: 50 square feet stacked DQ and Grill & Chill signs
West fayade: 80 square feet stacked DQ and Grill & Chill signs
Department recommended positive consideration
Action: Mrs. Torres APPROVED Docket Nos. 08090030 V and 08090031 V, Dairy Queen-
Signage with the Commitments for 30 square feet for north DQ sign only, 50 square feet for
south stacked DQ and Grill & Chill signs, and 80 square feet for west stacked DQ and Grill &
Chill signs, for a total of 160 square feet.

The applicant seeks the following develo'pment standards variance approval:

The site is located at 10577 Jumper Lane and is zoned S1/Single-Family Residential.
