I am at 509 Oak Drive, Wilson village (46032) and their house is now for sale at I believe I I ShadyLane. I really want this taken care of before new unsuspecting owners have the problem. I don't know if this is a rightofway area Or not, and I wondered if you have any suggestions. (c) Requirement to cut. All owners of real property ("property") located within the City shall cut and remove weeds and other rank vegetation growing thereon that exceeds an average height of six inches, and shall keep their property clear of debris. Please be advised, if the above referenced violation is not corrected within fourteen (14) days from the date of this letter on October 22, 2008, this matter will be brought into compliance by the City of Carmel.
