Reed 12351 West Road Zionsville, IN 46077 RE: CONDITION OF PROPERTY Dear Mr. Reed: This letter is being provided to inform you that an inquiry was made to the Department of Community- Services regarding a possible Carmel Zoning Ordinance Violation at 12351 West Road, in the City of Carmel, a property listed under your ownership. An inspection revealed that the concern appears to be valid, The Garmei Zoning Ordinance, §25.05.02 states: 25.05.02 Trash, garbage and all solid wastes shall not be stored outside of any building for a ,period of longer than seven (7) days, except when construction is in progress. The -fact thatthisproperty is and -has-been involved -in -an --ongoing construction project at the present time exempts you from this, ordinance. However, in an effort to be sensitive to the environment and community around your property, we would request that you relocate (ionstruction materials and trash in a manner that is more aesthetically pleasing to further accommodate the ongoing timeline and longevity of the extended construction on your site. Furthermore, please be advised, that, at the completion of construction, the expectation has been set that these materials will be removed from the property and stored in a timely manner in accordance with the Carmel City Ordinance referenced above.
