1. The premises has currently 11 trees (colored circles indicate trees), consisting of 1 city
owned oak; 8 white pines behind garage; 1 sugar maple beside garage; 1 Chinese maple on front
comer of home; and 15 shrubs (open circles indicate shrubs) consisting of various types, as
depicted above and in the attached photographs hereto.
2. The applicant will plant any necessary trees/shrubbery upon the recommendation of an
urban forester to ensure full compliance with all bufferyard requirements under 26.04.06 ifnot
already satisfied.

Dear Scott:
Thank you for reviewing the landscape plan we submitted'to YOlI as pari ofthe T AC package
concerning the property located at 740 North Rangeline Road, owned by my client Pat Robinson.
After discussing the landscape plan with you, 1 took your suggestion that my client plant additional
trees on the north side of his home. This letter will serve to jnform you and the T AC that Pat
Robinson has agreed to plant two (2) shade trees on the n01ih side of his property. He will plant
these shade trees from the recommended list on the Urban Forestry Webpage. 1 also wanted to bring
to yom attention that there are tluee (3) trees which 1 inadvertently omitted from the landscape plan,
which are all located on the north side near the property line with his neighbor to the north. These
trees are a mix of maple and linden. I hope this information helps you in advising my client toward
meeting all Bufferyard requirements.
