At the meeting held Monday, November 24,2008, the Carmel Advisory Board of Zoning Appeals I-Iearing Officer took
the following action regarding the Developmental Standards Variances (V) filed by you for the property located at III E.
Main Street.
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 08100019 V through 08100021 V Development Standards Variances for lot coverage,
setbacks and roof slopes with the Caveat to discuss with the Department of Community Servici:s the design of the areas
below the new windows.
Please be advised that per Sectidn 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development
Standards Variance approvals are valid for one (I) year. By that time, either continuous construction ofthe improvements
must be underway, or a written request for a one-tinle, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and
approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approval is November 24, 2009.
When applying for applications for any permit regarding the decision contained within this approval, please
include a copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
