I have the application and was going to include the fees with the signed originals. My understanding was that you were to have the forms for reviewing the details. Yes, the intention is for the new home to have a 0 south side setback just like the rest of the neighborhood. If there are any items that we need to include on the replat for this, please let us know. I understood that it could be covered by a variance request with the building permit. Thanks. Kent Conn, Angelina V wrote: Kent: the Department has received the Mylar of the replat for Heritage Square, lot 6, but we still need the actual Secondary plat-replat application and the filing fee of $257.50 + $103/101. The docket number will be issued after the replat application is delivered to our dept. please refresh my memory: will the new structure be built with a O-ff south side yard setback? (GLF) who is the current owner of the above lot. GLF wants to market the lot to potential buyers interested in building on the lot. However, GLF is aware that a building pennit cannot be issued for this lot at the present time due to platting restrictions. Accordingly, please find included with this letter an application to replat the above lot. This letter is also to present some background facts that may help the processing of this application. Our understanding is that the development was originally platted to have doubles with a single owner for both sides of a double. After the building pemlits were filed, each side of each lot was sold to separate owners in most cases. Therefore, at this point, all of the lots in the subdivision have been patiitioned by way of county paperwork and now have separate owners of each half. None of them have been replatted in accordance with Cannel requirements. From an overall impact, the City will receive more taxes from a new home than the current vacant lot. Therefore, it is in the best interest of all parties for this property to become a new home site with the least administrative burden. Given the patiitioned neighborhood circumstances and the limited value of the lot, GLF requests that the compliance issues be satisfied by this replatting application. If there is anything else that needs to be done, please advise me. GLF would like to clear all issues related to tins project as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at the above telephone number. Altematively, you may fax your response to the fax number above. Thank you for attention to this matter. ^ ~ RECEIVED AUG ~ I 2005 DOCS
