City of Carmel, Indiana, Approving a Lease Between the City of Cannel Redevelopment
Authority and the City of Carmel Redevelopment Commission, Pledging County Option

CAUCUS ROOM / CITY BALL / ONE CIVIC SQUARE
MEMBERS PRESENT
Mayor James Brainard, Council President Richard L. Sharp, Council Members W. Eric
Seidensticker, John V. Accetturo, Joseph C. Griffiths, Luci Snyder, Ronald E. Carter, Kevin
Rider, Clerk-Treasurer Diana L. Cordray, Mike Hollibaugh, Director, Department of Community
Services, City Attorney, Doug Haney, Bryan Babb, Bose McKinney & Evans and John Molitor,
Carmel Plan Commission Attorney.
The executive session was called to order at 5:01 p.m.
NEW BUSINESS:
John Molitor and Bryan Babb explained the litigation of the settlement to the Council. There
was brief Council discussion. A resolution reflecting the settlement agreement will be placed on
1 the December 15, 2008 Council agenda.
ADJOURNMENT:
The meeting was adjourned at 5:22 p.m.
