The sign(s) advertises for 522 South Rangeline Road in the City of Carmel, a property listed under your ownership. BUSINESSES ARE NOTPERMITTED, TO, DISPLAY TEMPORARY SIGNS, regardless of whether or not the sign is located on the business's premises. According to Section 25.07.014 Prohibited Signs, of the, Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance the following signs) are prohibited: (f) Signs consisting of banners, :posters:, pennants, ribbons, streamers, strings of light bulbs, spinners or similar devices, unless, they are permitted specifically by other sections of this Ordinance. This letter shall serve as, the first and final warning for this type of violation. Please remove the illegal sign by December 19, 20,08.
