The petitioner is requesting the approval of a third wall sign on the east elevation. Currently, there are two existing wall signs one each on the west and south elevations, The south elevation is the main entrance and has no notable street frontage. The west elevation faces the northbound travel of highway 431. The only entrance to this site is from Lowe's Way on the east side of the building. The purpose of the third wall sign is to help identify the building for those traveling on Lowe's Way.
