This link you sent me shows the windows having a grille design. Please confirm that you will still not be installing the grille
design on the windows.
Black windows are rare. It wllllook interesting... If you drive around the neighborhood, they are typically white or cream.
The Director would like a color rendering or color building elevations of what you propose as far as windows, door, and
roof shingle changes. Can you send us something? Of can you Photoshop a digital photo of the house?

Angie: Good morning. I will respond to the comments below and bring YOll something soon. However. I'd like to order
windows ASAP (before it gets too cold to instalJ them). 1 would like to use black. 1 will also be installing a grayish-black
three dimensional asphalt shingle which wiIllTlake the place look very nice in my opinion. I am attaching a PDF showing
the color. T will also provide a link to Pella's web site so that you call view this if needed (you'll need to select Product
Features).
Please let me know if L can move forward with the order of my windows.

5. Please prOVide photos of the existing site conditions and the exterior of the building.
6. Please confirm that, in the future, you and/or your future tenants will comply with the Old Town Sign
ordinance, and that proposed signage will be reviewed by the Sign Permits Specialist and/or the Special
Studies Committee of the Plan Commission.

Angie: The following questions/comments come to mind concerning project:
(> Curbing required
(> Drainage (preserve existing if drains out to street); if doesn't drain to street, need to discuss plan.
Drainage problems in area.
. Will dumpster area be required?
. Does new parking lot have required number of spaces for business?
(> New parking lot would need to comply with ADA standards.
(> Will not require SWQ (less than 0.25 acre land disturbance]
It Will need a RIW permit
. If improving or modifying existing curb cut, will need BPW approval.

Attached, please review the 2 proposed parking layout options far the remodel at 32 1 st Ave NE. . He would like to
remove all of the existing parking and replace it with new asphalt and make the rest new green space. Please let me know
if there are any issues, as we are reviewing this as part of a site plan and design review application.
Also, The owner did ask about what is required for handicap parking
