In order to do that, I had asked about changing the materials and making commitments that the tenant panels would be olack and white only. You did not mention either of these in your submittal. LA Fitness is shown to still have their normal blue, white and yellow colors in addition to 100kiIJg larger than before. We would like to see the 106th 81. sign panel come down to two ~pots, not ", three. If you would like to make those changes, we could perhaps approve this administratively. If you were making the sign more similar to the first one that was approved, we would be able to do it administratively. We like the new one - it should get approved no problem. We do like the design of your sign, but I cannot issue a permit for it until it has been approved by ADLS Amendment. We are also interested in putting a limit to the colors for the tenant panels on the signs. We would like it to be only black and white lettering, similar to other multi-tenant signs along Michigan Rd. Please consult the client and let us know if they would..be willing to commit to that. In addition, we would like the sign to take on a more "stone-like" appearance. Is '(t poss'ible to use limestone (faux limestone) instead of the aluminum? LA Fitness will also neea to know that they are not permitted to always occupy two tenant panels.
