The applicant seeks the following development standards variance approvals:

Docket No. 08100020 V Ch. 23 D.03.C.1.b. Setbacks
Docket No. 08100021 V Ch. 23 D.03.C.1.d. Roof Slopes
The site is located at 111 E. Main 81. It is zoned B-1, Light commercial and office uses. Filed by John
Munson of Richardson, Munson & Weir Architects.
Presentfor Petitioner: John Munson, Richardson, Munson & Weir Architects and Jamie Shinnernan,
Weihe Engineers. Also present: Suzanne and Paul Moffett, co-founders of the Museum

. Brick and limestone will match existing building, minus oozing joints

Department recommended positive consideration of all three variances.
Action: Mr. Broach APPROVED Docket Nos. 08100019 V through 08100021 V, Museum of
Miniature Houses for lot coverage, setbacks and roof slopes with the caveat to discuss with the
Dept. of Community Services the design of the areas below the new windows.
