(V) Museum of Miniature Houses The applicant seeks the following development standards variance approvals: Docket No. 08100019 V Ch. 23 D.03.C.1.a.ili (b) Lot Coverage Docket No. 08100020 V Ch. 23 D.03.C.1.b. Setbacks Docket No. 08100021 V Ch. 23 D.03.C.1.d. Roof Slopes The site is located at 111 E. Main 81. It is zoned B-1, Light commercial and office uses. Filed by John Munson of Richardson, Munson & Weir Architects. Presentfor Petitioner: John Munson, Richardson, Munson & Weir Architects and Jamie Shinnernan, Weihe Engineers. Also present: Suzanne and Paul Moffett, co-founders of the Museum 4> Site plan shown with existing building and expansion Go 850 square foot addition to 1760 square foot existing museum " Fire hydrant prevents building out to the comer G Purpose is for exhibition space and conference space . New show room window at street level in northwest comer . Floor level will be consistent with existing building . Five feet one inch above sidewalk elevation . Low windows would look into crawl space under new show room . Turn of the century commercial look . Solid wall on east side at five feet from property line . Brick and limestone will match existing building, minus oozing joints . Action: Mr. Broach APPROVED Docket Nos. 08100019 V through 08100021 V, Museum of Miniature Houses for lot coverage, setbacks and roof slopes with the caveat to discuss with the Dept. of Community Services the design of the areas below the new windows.
