We intended to label an area on the Prairie Landing CCRC plans as Recreational Open Space per your request, but
regrettably omitted it on the most recent submittal set of plans. Therefore, please note our new exhibit C202, dated 11-
18-08, which labels a pedestrian connection from the interior loop street to the west property line as Recreational Open
Space. This Recreational Open Space provides a pedestrian connection to/from a future naturalized detention area to the
west, off-site. We hope and believe this labeling meets your expectation. Thanks.
