Docket No. 04080051 DP/ADLS: North Meridian MedicaLPavilion The applicant seeks approval to build a 2-building medical office complex. The site is located northwest of 010 Metidian Street and Meridian Street (US 31). Filed by Dan Barkes of the Lauth Property Group. The applicant is requesting the following: 1. The favorable recommendation of a rezone from S-2lResidential to B-6/Business of property tbat will lie east of the future Illinois Street across lots 10, 11, and 12 of the Williams Creek Farms subdivision. The Department is in support of this request and it conforms to the Comprehensive Plan for the area. 2. Approval of a Plat Vacation of a portion of lots 10, 11, and 12 of the Williams Creek Farms subdivision Plat (see exhibits in informational booklet). 3. Approval of a Development Plan and ADLS for the construction of a second office building and associated parking. The Department has no outstanding issues at this time. - Please see the informational packets prepared by the applicant and distributed with this report. The Department recommends the items be forwarded to the Special Studies Committee on November 4th for further discussion. However, it there are no comments form Commission members or the public requiring additional consideration at committee the Commission may considering suspending its rules in order to forward the Rezone Request to the City Council for final consideration at this time if comfortable with the proposed plan.
