The straw bale inlet filter is not a progressive practice. The bales don't filter. I would recommend that ACE consider a
different practice for future plans.
The Inlet Structure detail is riot needed for this site. The installation requirements are for another practice.
Provide the pipe size for the sedirnentbasin outlet Riser. Show a detail of the drainage holes.
B7. Recommend a diversion swale be consuucted along the south property line prior to the sta1t of general excavation.
Provide a detail and proposed grades on the plan. This statement from the previous review was meant to say west
instead of south- my mistake.
The spill action plan has a Noblesville phone number for the fire department. Change to Carmel.
Listing the posting requirements at the job site for Rule 5 would be helpful.
