The sign advertises for Classic Barbershop, located at 2462 East 1161' Street, in the City of Carmel, a business listed under your ownership. BUSINESS SIGNS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO MOVE OR FLASH IN ANY MANNER. According to Section 25.07.01-4 Prohibited Signs, of the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance the following sign(s) are prohibited: e) Signs which move by design or have a major moving part. This letter shall serve as the first and final warning for this type of violation. Please adjust the sign to remain static by January 9, 2009.
