Dear Sir or Madam:
This letter is being provided to inform you that a sign violation has been brought to this
department's attention. The sign advertises for Classic Barbershop, located at 2462
East 1161' Street, in the City of Carmel, a business listed under your ownership.
BUSINESS SIGNS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO MOVE OR FLASH IN ANY MANNER.
According to Section 25.07.01-4 Prohibited Signs, of the Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance
the following sign(s) are prohibited:
e) Signs which move by design or have a major moving part.
This letter shall serve as the first and final warning for this type of violation. Please
adjust the sign to remain static by January 9, 2009. If you have any questions or
