The sign(s) advertises for 21 South Rangeline Road in the City of Carmel, a property listed: under your ownership. BUSINESSES ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DISPLAY TEMPORARY SIGNS, regardless of whether or not the sign is located on the business's premises. According to Section 25.07.0194 Prohibited Signs, of the, Carmel/Clay Zoning Ordinance the following sign(s) are prohibited: (f) Signs consisting of banners, posters, pennants, ribbons, streamers, strings of light bulbs, spinners or similar devices, unless they are permitted specifically by other sections of this Ordiriance. This letter shall serve as the first and final warning for this type of violation. Please remove the illegal sign by February 9, 2009.
