Just to let you know that I have been in contact with Reggie Henderson of Kroger and Shawn Strader of Gordon Plumbing regarding the Notice of City Code Violation dated October 28, 2008 concerning water discharge and moss accumulation. They have presented a plan to correct the violation. I will present the plan to Assistant City Engineer Gary Duncan for approval. Once approved, Gordon Plumbing will obtain all necessary permits, post all necessary financial bonding and proceed with the construction.
