APPROVED: Docket No. 08120006 UV Use Variance for a preschool in the M3 District APPROVED: Docket Nos. 08120007 & 08120008 V Development Standazd Variances for fence height 6' in the front Yazd and pazking reduction. Please be advised that per Section 30.05.05: Time Limit of the Zoning Ordinance, the aforementioned Development Standazd Variance approvals are valid for one (1) yeaz. By that time, either continuous construction of the improvements must be underway, or a written request for aone-time, six-month extension of the approval must have been received and approval granted by this Department. The expiration date of the approvals is February 23, 2010.
