James Hawkins be elected President of the Board of Zoning Appeals.

Kent Broach be elected Vice-President of the Board of Zoning Appeals.

The site is located at 14480 Lowe's Way. It is zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development. Filed by Brent
Bennett of A-1 Expeditors on behalf of the owners.
Present for Petitioner:
Nancy Long, A-1 Expeditors, 8841 Mud Creek Road, Indianapolis
• Additional photo packet distributed to the Board
• Third sign needed on east elevation for visibility from Lowe's Way
• Necessary identification for the building
• Neither of the other signs are visible from Lowe's Way
• Monument sign nothighly visible
• Light pollution in the azea is from the pazking lot lights
• Large distance between building and residential area
• Changing orientation of the building would help with visibility, but riot practical financially
