NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE
CARMEL/CLAY ADVISORY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Docket Nos.
Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Board of Zoning Appeals meeting on the
23rd day of February, 2009 at 6:00 pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square,
Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a Public Hearing upon a Use Variance application and two
Development Standard Variance applications filed by the Primrose School Franchising
Company, represented by Matthew S. Skelton, for the property commonly known as the
southeast corner of Carmel Drive and Adams Street, 0 Carmel Drive West, Carmel, Indiana
46032. The request is to allow a preschool use for the property and for development
standard variances from Chapter 20D.08.01(1) to allow for a fence taller than four feet in
the front yard and Chapter 27.08 to allow for a reduction in the number of parking spaces.
The applications are identified as Docket
The real estate affected by said application is described as follows:
Lot 3, Block 7, Carmel Science and Technology Park, an Addition to the City of Carmel,
Hamilton County, Indiana, as per Final Secondary Plat thereof recorded September 27,
2007 per Instrument Number 2007055556, in the Office of Recorder of Hamilton County,
Indiana.
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above application, either in
writing or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above-mentioned time and
place.
