The applicant seeks development plan approval to allow the construction of an office building.
The site is located a 3934 West 96`~ Street. The site is zoned B-2/Business within the US
421/Michigan Road Corridor Overlay Zone.
Filed by Darrell Phillips of Weihe Engineers, Inc. for Jacob Brinson.
The applicant is requesting approval of a Development Plan and ADLS for the construction of an
office building generally located at 3934 West 96`h Street. Please see the informational packet
prepared by the applicant for an overview of the site and proposed building elevations.
In addition to the DP/ADCs approval the applicant has filed variances the will be addressed by
the BZA in June. The applicant should provide the Plan Commission with a brief overview of
the need for relief from the ordinance. The Department has no additional concerns.
The Department recommends that this item be forwarded to the Special Studies Committee
on June 3rd for further discussion.
