Docket No. 67-03 DP/ADCs; North Augusta Subdivision, Lot 13 (part); Brinson Properties, LLC The applicant seeks development plan approval to allow the construction of an office building. The site is located a 3934 West 96`h Street. The site is zoned B-2/Business within the US 421/Michigan Road Corridor Overlay Zone. Filed by Darrell Phillips of Weihe Engineers, Inc. for Jacob Brinson. The applicant is requesting approval of a Development Plan and ADLS for the construction of an office building generally located at 3934 West 96"' Street. Please see the informational packet prepared by the applicant for an overview of the site and proposed building elevations. The Special Studies Committee forwards a 4-0 favorable recommendation to the full Plan Commission. The Department recommends that the Plan Commission approve the DP/ADCs as revised and forwarded by the Committee. Additional Note: The DP requires written findings.
