The site is generally located south of 131x` Street between Old Meridian Avenue and Pennsylvania Street. The site is zoned Old Meridian -Multi Family (OM-MF). The petitioner also seeks approval of the following Zoning Waivers: 70-03a ZW ZO 20G.04.05(D) parking space size 70-03b ZW ZO 20G.04.02(B) private streets 70-03c ZW ZO 20G.05.02.D(3) brick exterior requirement 70-03d ZW ZO 20G.04.06.C(1) planting strip/parking setback Filed by Paul G. Reis of Drewry Simmons Pitts & Vornehm for Edward Rose Properties, Inc. The applicant is proposing amulti-family development. Please see the informational packet provided by the applicant to view the layout and building elevations. The applicant has also requested consideration of four Zoning Waivers. These requests relate to access, pazking widths and street configuration. The Department is in the process of working through issues related to street width and which areas will be public vs. private. The Department recommends that this item be forwarded to the Special Studies Committee on June 3rd for further discussion.
