Primary Plat Drawing TREESDALE SUBDIVISION EXPLANATION OF REQUEST 1 Treesdale Subdivision is an existing neighborhood located on the east ' side of Towne Road in the 9900 block of Town Road. Once fully constructed, the entire neighborhood will consist of 21 lots on 39 acres. ' The streets and lots have been constructed within Section 1 of the neighborhood, with Section 2 to be completed in the future. ' The ,residents and lot owners of Treesdale would like to convert the existing and proposed portions of Treesdale Circle, the only public street within the neighborhood, to a private street. Establishing Treesdale Circle ' as a private street will allow the residents and lot owners more privacy, control and enjoyment of their neighborhood.
