CARMEL/CLAY PLAN COMMISSION
Docket Nos. 79-03 PP Amend. and 79-03a SW
Notice is hereby given that the Carmel/Clay Plan Commission on June 17, 2003 at 7:00
p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Civic Square, Carmel, Indiana 46032 will hold a
Public Hearing upon Primary Plat Amendment and Subdivision Waiver Applications by Lucky,
LLC ("Applicant"). The site subject to the Applications is located on the east side of Towne
Road within the 9900 block of Towne Road, Clay Township, Hamilton County, Indiana ("Real
Estate"). The Applicant seeks approval of a subdivision waiver of Section 6.3.20 of the
Carmel/Clay Subdivision Regulations to allow Treesdale Circle to be converted from a public
street to a private street. The Primary Plat will be amended to establish Treesdale Circle as a
private street.
The Real Estate affected by said applications is described in the attached legal description
The Applications are identified as Docket Nos. 79-03 PP Amend. and 79-03a SW
All interested persons desiring to present their views on the above applications, either in writing
or verbally, will be given an opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place.
