Dear Mr. Granner:
At the meeting held Monday, Mazch 23, 2009, the Carmel Advisory Boazd of Zoning Appeals took the following action
regazding the Developmental Standazds Vaziances (V) filed by you for the property located at 11055 N. Michigan Road.
APPROVED: Docket Nos. 09010003 V through 09010005 V Development Standards Vaziances for number of signs,
maximum sign area and two signs not facing aright-of--way, with the Condition total number of signs will be two; one
facing north and one facing south.
Please be advised that per Section 25.07.07: Sign Permits of the Zoning Ordinance, the signs approved pursuant to the
aforementioned Development Standazds Variances must be established within one (1) yeaz. The expiration date of the
approval is Mazch 23, 2010.
Wheu applying for applications tar any permit regarding the decision contained within this approval, please
include s copy of this letter with your application materials in order to assist the Department's review.
