However, the north and south fapades directly face the southbound and northbound traffic of U.S. 421. In order to direct the wall signage toward the traffic for better identification from U.S. 421, Petitioner is proposing to place one wall sign on the south facade to identify the building to the northbound traffic on U.S. 421 and requesting that another wall sign be permitted to be placed on the north facade to identify the building to the southbound traffic on U.S. 421.
