RE: North Meridian Heights Rezone
Dear Mr. Kilmer:
We have reviewed the rezone request submitted to the Hamilton County Surveyor's Office on
June 23, 2008, for this project and have the following comments:
1. The proposed project falls in the incorporated area and MS4 jurisdiction of The City of
Carmel.
2. The proposed project DOES NOT fall in a Carmel Wellhead Protection Zone.
3. The proposed project does not fall in a Hamilton County Regulated Drain Watershed.
4. Hamilton County Surveyor's Office has no concerns with the rezone.

Re: Meridian Heights -Rezoning

Dear Member of Carmel Technical Advisory Committee:
Enclosed is a copy of the Rezoning Application with related information filed on
behalf of Browning Associates, LLC, for the rezoning of the residential development Meridian
Heights Subdivision. The request is to rezone the property from S-2/US 31 Overlay to the
B-6/US 31 Overlay classification. This project is tentatively scheduled for your review at the
July 16, 2008 Carmel TAC Meeting.
