Charter One Bank requests to remove the current Employers Security Insurance sign on
the exterior of building located at 10333 N. i\9eridian Street, Indianapolis, lN. In its
place, they have asked for permission to install a sign with the came of "Charter One
Hank". The letters shall be 30" in height, internally illuminated with white aeon with
blue faces. The letter returns will be aldrainum color and the trim cap will be chrome.
"this letter shall serve as the owner's perniission for Charter One Hank to have the sign
installed with the above specifications if permission is granted by the City of Carmel.

Specifications for' Charter One Sign at Three Meridian Plaza
• 30" tall, internally illuminated channel letters with an over all length of 34' 2".
• The will be have medium dark blue faces; created by applying 3M 363U-157
Sultan Blue (see sample) over white acrylic.
• They will be illuminated with white neon.
• They will have aluminum color returns and chrome trim cap.
• Finally, the letters will be 5" deep with the transformers located behind the wall.
