This amendment is filed for the purpose of accepting the Dedication and Deed ofRights-of-Way of Creekside Lane West in the Creekside Subdivision. This street has been private since the subdivision was developed. On June 1 ], 2002, Ms. Carol A. Miller of the Creekside Subdivision Homeowners Association requested, through the Board of Public Works and Safety, that [he City of Carmel accept this street as a public thoroughfare. The Board approved this request at their June 24, 2002 meeting, contingent upon completion of the conditions of acceptance contained in my letter of recommendation to the Board. This plat amendment and dedication of right of way completes these conditions. Therefore, I recommend the Board approve and sign this Secondary Plat Amendment and accept the Dedication and Deeds of Rights-of- W ay. Sincerely, M. Kate Weese, P.E.
