Three Meridian Plaza -First Indiana Bank (Amended Development Plan)
The applicant seeks approval to construct adrive-thru banking facility. The site is located
at 10333 North Meridian Street. The site is zoned B-5 Business and is within the US
31 Overlay Zone.
Filed by Steven B. Granner of Bose McKinney & Evans for First Indiana Bank.
The applicant is requesting approval of an Amended Development Plan and ADLS for the
construction of a drive-thru banking facility. The site is located at 10333 North Meridian Street.
The Special Studies Committee forwards this item to the full Plan Commission with at favorable
recommendation subject to the provision of a revised wall mounted light fixture.
The Department recommends that the Plan Commission approve Docket No. 94-03 DP
Amend/ADCs as amended and subject to the following condition: ~
1. That the wall-mounted lights be a full 90-degree cut-off style.
Note: Written findings are required for action on the Development Plan Amendment. The
applicant should provide one copy for signature by the Plan Commission President at the
meeting.
