Docket No. 94-03 DP Amend/ADCs; (03060011); Three Meridian Plaza -First Indiana Bank (Amended Development Plan) The applicant seeks approval to construct adrive-thru banking facility. The site is located at 10333 North Meridian Street. The site is zoned B-5 Business and is within the US 31 Overlay Zone. Filed by Steven B. Granner of Bose McKinney & Evans for First Indiana Bank. The applicant is requesting approval of an Amended Development Plan and ADLS for the construction of a drive-thrn banking facility. The site is located at 10333 North Meridian Street. The applicant has not fully addressed all of the Department concerns. They should be prepared to address the following: 1. Dedication of additional right-of--way per the Thoroughfare Plan or to a dimension acceptable to the Department of Engineering. Also, the plan calls for a new drive-cut onto Pennsylvania Street. This will require BPW approval. 2. Access to the parking rows in the vicinity of the drive-thrn should be revised to provide more efficient traffic control and access. Lighting: The Department would like to see a wall sconce that incorporates a fu1190- degree cut-off. The Department recommends that these items be forwarded to the Special Study Committee on August 5`h for further discussion.
