Deaz Mr. Granner:
This letter is in response to your DP Amendment Application for First Indiana Bank. Please
complete the following items:
1. Variance will be needed for five signs. Only one is allowed per road frontage.
2. Show color elevations and material samples/colors of sign & building.
3. Provide a 10-ft asphalt path along Pennsylvania St.
4. Show and Label proposed/existing road Right-of--way, setback lines, and easements more
cleazly.
5. Provide a copy of comment letter from Scott Brewer, Urban Forester.
6. Provide trash dumpster enclosure and/or mechanical equipment details.
7. Label building dimension and squaze footage.
8. Provide a pazking breakdown for both buildings on site, to show adequate parking
allotment.
9. Provide a lighting plan.
10. Provide a copy of Comments of drainage plan from City Engineer, Kate Weese.
